Happy Goat Coffee Co. offers shipping across Canada and the United States through Canada Post or UPS, along with free local pick-up at our Laurel Café in Ottawa.

Orders are typically fulfilled at our roastery within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. ET are typically processed and shipped the next business day, while orders placed after 3:00 p.m. ET begin processing and ship within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and usually range from 1 to 4 business days.

If you choose local pick-up, your order will be ready within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please wait for the “Ready for Pick-Up” email before coming by to ensure your order is ready.
